Before you call

Questions we get on the phone

Are estimates really free?

Yes. We come out, walk the property with you, and follow up with a written estimate. There is no charge and no obligation.

Can you clear and grade a lot and then build on it?

That is the whole idea. We clear the land, grade it for drainage and a solid base, and build the footings, walls, steps, or patio on top of it, with one estimate and one schedule.

Do you handle permits and utility locates?

We call 811 before any digging so underground lines are marked, and we tell you up front which permits the job needs and what is required to get them.

How soon can you start?

It depends on the season and the size of the job. Your estimate will include a start window, and we will tell you if that changes.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Our license and insurance details are listed in the About section, and we can provide certificates on request.

What areas do you serve?

[Your service area]. If you are near the edge of it, ask. We will tell you on the phone.
